Sorry I've not updated you ln what's happening but selling a house isn't smooth or fast apparently :-( We had 2 different estate agents come and do a valuation. They both said the house would sell fast and agreed with our price. We decided to go with the ones who are part of a bigger chain and had a simpler pricing plan. 2 weeks later we are still not officially for sale! The board is up, the photos have been taken and a draft brochure has been made, however we made a small change to the brochure and it seems to have delayed it even further. After being recommended this company we are not too impressed. Hopefully they'll get their act together, or I'll be living with the mother in law for longer than I wanted to!
